Egypt Italian Post Offices 1871 (29 Apr.) envelope bearing Egypt 1867-71 1pi. dull rose (2) tied by "v.r. poste egiziane cairo 29/avr/71" c.d.s., carried to Alexandria and there 1863-65 40c. rose (2) affixed and tied by "234" in dots, "alessandria d´egitto/poste italiane 30/apr/71" c.d.s. alongside, addressed to Rome with arrival mark on reverse; opened out on two sides and flaw repaired at left, fine and very attractive mixed franking.
