Egypt Italian Post Offices 1864 (2 Dec.) small neat envelope from Cairo to Genoa with double ring "posta europea/cairo" datestamp (month inverted) franked 1863-65 London printing 60c. with framed "piroscafi/postali/italiani" cancellation and "alessandria d´egitto/poste italiani" datestamp (no month) alongside, fine and rare.
