Egypt Italian Post Offices 1864 (8 Oct.) small neat envelope addressed to Lisbon franked 1863-65 London printing 10c. buff, 40c. rose and 60c. pale mauve tied by framed "piroscafi/postali/italiani" cancellations with "alessandria d´egitto/poste italiane" datestamp alongside, oval "franca", transit and arrival markings on reverse, fine.
