Egypt French Post Offices 1867 (8 March) envelope bearing Egypt 1866 1pi. claret tied by "poste vice reali egiziane cairo 8/3/67" c.d.s., carried to Alexandrie and there 1862 40c. orange affixed and tied by clear black Grand Chiffres "5080", black boxed "PD" and red boxed "paquebots de la mediterranee" alongside, addressed to Alger with several transit and arrival marks on reverse, vertical filing fold, fine and an attractive mixed franking.
