Official Stamps Inland Revenue Specimens 6d. pale dull purple overprinted "specimen" Type 16, fresh with large part original gum. A fine example of this exceptionally rare stamp, and with only a couple of examples of this issued stamp in the public domain mint or used, this is the only way in which collectors can own an example of this iconic stamp.
