Great Britain 1840 One Penny Black Plate IV QL in a deep shade with good to large margins applied sideways and tied on commercial entire to London by a neat strike of dull red Maltese Cross, the reverse with 1840 (2 Sept.) Halifax despatch and arrival c.d.s; horizontal filing crease. Manuscript addition over the Queen´s face reads, "oh Albert". Unusual and amusing. Photo Estimate £ 120-150
