OHMS envelope with Frank stamp of the Minister of Defence and an imprint of the Victorian Naval Forces, from Melbourne to a lieutenant in the Admiralty in London, redirected locally and again to Liverpool, three U.K. transit c.d.s. on reverse; small faults though very scarce.
