x Tasmania 1900 (24 Apr.) envelope from Frankford to London, bearing Keyplate 1/2d. and Pictorial 1d. (2), each cancelled by "27" barred numeral, showing despatch c.d.s. at lower left with, on reverse, Launceston and arrival datestamps. A colourful and striking example of the few Numerals on Pictorial covers known.
