x South Australia 1841 (27 May) entire letter to Campbell Town, Tasmania, rated "11" and showing good legible strike of circular "post office/Crown/adelaide" handstamp with, on reverse, boxed "ship letter" d.s. of Hobart (15.6). Mail between South Australia and Tasmania very scarce in the early period - South Australia only being settled in 1838.
