Provisionals "3/cents" on 4c. carmine and green horizontal pair, the right stamp with surcharge omitted (small light tone spot on reverse at foot), fine mint and of lovely fresh appearance. One of the great rarities of Seychelles philately and a major exhibition showpiece. Only three or four examples known, one of which is in the Royal Philatelic Collection. S.G. 15c, £14,000.
