St. Helena The Boer War Censor Cachets Type 2, Circular "prisoners of war/broad bottom camp/censor" 1901 (July) envelope (edge tears) to Germany, bearing 1884-94 2 1/2d. with Oblong of broken bars (CNC.1) alongside c.d.s. partially over faint cachet with initials "AWP" as an integral part of the h.s., the sender unusually giving his address as Deadwood, and 1901 (Sept.) 1d. red reply paid card (the reply half severed and rejoined) to Berlin, cancelled with c.d.s. and with very faint cachet in violet; also 1901 (Nov.) postcard to Holland bearing 1884-94 1/2d. (another stamp removed) and with fine cachet initialled "HGM" Estimate £ 150-200
