(2) cancelled with Circle of eight bars (CNC2) and with despatch c.d.s. at foot, the contents giving details of her interest in photography, 1900 (5 June) envelope from a member of the Gloucestershire Regiment (crest on flap) to Glengarnock, redirected to Troon and again to London, bearing 1890-97 2 1/2d. cancelled with Rectangle of nine bars and showing despatch and various transit c.d.s., and 1900 (14 June) envelope with imprint of H.M.S. Niobe (the escort to the the troopship S.S. Milwaukee that carried the first prisoners of war to St. Helena) to London bearing 1884-94 1d. red cancelled with Rectangle of nine bars and accompanied by two picture postcards of H.M.S.
