Mauritius Early Letters and Handstamps 1787 (22 Dec.) entire letter to the parish priest at St. Malo, France, charged "10" and "20" (in red on reverse), showing a good to fine strike of the very rare unframed "isle de france" handstamp with "col par/lorient" h.s. alongside. An exceptionally rare letter, of which eight are recorded, carried on Paquebot No. 10 of the French Royal Packet Service. Photo Estimate £ 5,000-6,000
