Victoria Travelling Post Offices The Bendigo Line Using Numbers 3, 4 and 14 T.P.O. No. 3 1872 (1 May) envelope (opened-out and rebacked) from Carlsruhe to Knyeton, bearing Bell 2d. (defective) cancelled with Barred Oval "208" and with c.d.s. alongside, the reverse (repaired tear on flap clear of the T.P.O.) with "down/travelling/post office/victoria/m.g.3." boxed d.s., Woodend and arrival d.s., all on the same day; scarce.
