1883-91 High Values One Pound Brown-Lilac 1884 (1 April) Watermark Three Crowns Specimens £1 brown-lilac, AC, imperforate and with full sheet margin at top showing part of guide cross, and with trace of adjoining stamp at foot, overprinted "specimen" Type 9, large part original gum with the stamp remaining unmounted; traces of the usual gum creasing.
