Lilac Die I, 14 Dots Stamps Bluish lilac lower right corner block of four, each handstamped "specimen" (Type 9) with the lower right impression inverted, lightly mounted mint with the lower remaining unmounted. the specimen overprint just punctures the upper right stamp, though not affecting the fine appearance.
