Ten Pence 1867 (1 July) Watermark Spray of Rose Stamps 10d. dull red-brown Plate 2 abnormal, PC-PD horizontal pair showing the perforations through the wing-margin as produced, cancelled by two strikes of the London "5" bared oval; some light climatisation of the paper. One of the great rarities of the surface printed period, being the only known used pair of any abnormal and especially desirable with the complete wing-margin. S.G. Spec.
