Official Stamps Board of Education 1902 (February) Issue Specimens 1/- green and carmine, marginal from the foot of the sheet, overprinted "specimen" Type 15, large part original gum, fresh colours; vertical creases and stain on gum which shows through slightly to face. A useful reference stamp. Also 1/- green and carmine vertical pair, overprinted "specimen" Type 15 obliterated, unused without gum, creased and other faults. S.G. Spec.
