Official Stamps Inland Revenue 1885-92 Issue Essay Overprints 5/- rose on blued paper, AE, together with £1 brown-lilac, watermark Crowns, OB and PB, all with large seriffed overprint and overprinted "specimen" Type 9, each showing small part impression of the manuscript "Inland Revenue/Glasgow/30 84" and reconstructed on piece to show this; PB torn, and with a few other faults though an extremely rare item.
