1847-54 Embossed Issues 1/- Green Postal Notice 1847, September; notice "to all postmasters, &c., who obliterate postage stamps." from the General Post Office, Dublin bearing a pair of 1/- green (with clear to very large margins) overprinted "specimen" type 1 in black (oxidized to red-brown in places); folding creases, one through the left stamp.
