Kuwait 1923-24 1/2a. block of six with variety overprint inverted, twice neatly cancelled with double-ring d.s. and tied on 1926 (12 May) envelope to India, Godhra arrival c.d.s. (24.5) on reverse; the upper right portion of the envelope, which still retains a small portion of a horseshoe-framed Postage Due handstamp, torn away, possibly due to the uncertainty over the legitimacy of the these inverted overprints. Also 1/2a., 1a., 1 1/2a., 2a, 3a. (both) mint (some toning) and 1 1/2a. used with inverted overprints, 1/2a. pair with overprint double and 1/2a. with overprint double, both inverted, mint.
