Royal Copper Mines of Cobre Association, 3 different certificates for 1 share of £40 and 5 shares of £40 (2 types), undated but dividend stamps on the reverse from 1836, black printing on pink or yellow tinted vellum, fine but ink from the reverse has leached into the vellum and shows from the front. (3) The company was based in Cuba and funded by British capital. The copper ore mines were worked by Welsh industrialists largely using slave labour from Africa. Cobre is close to Guantanamo Bay. Estimate £ 150-200
