A very attractive apprenticeship indenture dated 1759, between, Joshua Walker, a surgeon, and John Stansfield of Halifax, a printed document with manuscript insertions, large vignette of Britannia within scrollwork at top left, black, signed and sealed by the 2 parties plus 3 witnesses, duty stamp at top, very fine and rare; together with other miscellaneous documents including broadsides, insurance policies, Bill´s of sale for ships, cheques, a passport, vellum indentures etc., mixed condition but many very fine and well worth inspection.
