Luxembourg 1852-58 Grand Duke William III 10c. black, two horizontal strips of four with good to large margins all round, tied by nine bars cancellations to large part entire letter endorsed via France dated 17 Dec. 1855 addressed to London, one stamp in each strip affected by a vertical filing fold due to the adhesives having been affixed overlapping the entire, fine.
