Forwarder Labels Ireland 1875 envelope to France, written at sea and delivered to Seymour by arriving ship´s captain, bearing 3d. rose Plate 17 cancelled with Queenstown "157" duplex (1.9) and with N.G. Seymour & Co. blue "Ship Agents" label tied by Calais transit c.d.s. (3.9) with oval-framed "pd" h.s. in red below. Photo Estimate £ 250-300 Note: By 1875 Seymour had become agent to Lloyds and Liverpool Underwriters´ Association.
