Trengganu Kuala Trengganu - G.P.O. 1921 (27 Feb.) envelope registered from the British Agent (large red wax seal on reverse) to Penang, bearing 1915 10c. in combination with Straits Settlements 2c. and 4c., all clearly tied by bi-lingual "trengganu" c.d.s.
