Straits Settlements Covers and Cancellations 1935 (6 May) envelope from Shanghai to a Polish training vessel at Singapore, redirected to Batavia and again to Mauritius, bearing China 2c. and showing tax h.s. with manuscript "46 ctm" alongside, Straits Settlements Postage Due 8c. and 10c. applied and cancelled at Singapore and Netherlands East Indies Postage Due 5c. and 25c. applied and cancelled at Batavia with, on reverse, light Mauritius arrival datestamp; the envelope with some minor peripheral faults, nevertheless most attractive and full of character.
