Straits Settlements Covers and Cancellations 1934 envelope from Hangchow to Shanghai bearing China 5c. and showing "shatghai" h.s. applied on arrival, the cover then redirected to Singapore where Postage Due 1c., 4c. and 10c. were applied and cancelled (29.1), the cover then further redirected to Batavia where Netherlands East Indies Postage Due 12 1/2c. was applied and cancelled (1.2), the cover also shows framed "Complementary/Postage to be collected/.....ctmes" in violet with blue crayon "20" inserted.
