Straits Settlements Singapore 1884 (3 Mar.) envelope to Bombay, marked "Per French Mail", bearing 1884 (Feb.) 8c. on 12c. blue tied by undated double-ring "singapore/p o" h.s. and showing Singapore Paid c.d.s. in red in opposite corner; the envelope a little soiled and with other small faults.
