Straits Settlements India used in Straits Settlements Singapore 1855 (22 Nov.) envelope (small faults) to Edinburgh with embossed "per overland via southampton" in red at upper left, bearing 1854 4a. blue and red 4th printing (2, both cut to shape and cut-into) cancelled by diamond of hollow dots, one tied by "paid" d.s. in red, and showing framed "india paid" with, on reverse, legible "singapore/p.o." and arrival (7.1) datestamps in red.
