Straits Settlements Malacca 1931 (22 Apr.) unstamped envelope (with contents) from India to Malacca bearing, on reverse, Postage Due 12c. tied by framed "charge not collected/fresh label required" (Type I 11) and Malacca double-ring d.s. (9.5); the addressee had left so struck with framed "Gone, no address/(Parti sans address)/Retour" (Type I 15; the only recorded example) and sent to the Dead Letter Office Malacca (15.5) and then onto the Madras DLO.
