Mongolia Republic 1931 (29 Apr.) opened-out envelope registered to Kalgan bearing, on the reverse, 1926-27 50m. black and yellow-brown tied by boxed "postage" handstamp and Ulan Bator c.d.s., the front bears a further strike of the boxed "postage" handstamp overstruck with the despatch c.d.s.; bearing China 1913-15 Postage Due 10c. pair and 20c. pair tied by bilingual Kalgan (24.5) c.d.s. and an indistinct strike of the registration handstamp in blue.
