Mongolia Chinese Post Office Kiachta 1920 (2 Feb.) opened-out red band cover to Kalgan bearing, on the reverse, Peking Junk 3c. vertical strip of three tied by good strikes of the rare bilingual c.d.s. type III with a superb strike on the face and fair strike of Urga and Kalgan c.d.s.
