Mongolia Chinese Post Office Kiachta 1912 (13 Sep.) opened-out red band cover registered to Kalgan bearing, on the reverse, C.I.P. 16c. tied by a fine strike of the bilingual c.d.s. type II and a very good strike of the registration handstamp on the face.
