Mongolia Chinese Post Office Urga 1913 (5 Sep.) opened-out red band cover from Vanghurye to Kalgan bearing, on the reverse, C.I.P. 4c. vermilion with 1912 Waterlow overprint 1c. pair tied by the bilingual c.d.s. type IIIb with Tung Ying Tzu posting box no.2 and smudged arrival c.d.s.; brush ink strokes over the adhesives. Some light ageing. A good combination and very late use of the C.I.P. stamps Estimate HK$ 5,000-10,000
