Mongolia Russian Post Office Ulyasutai 1917 (15 Sep.) registered combination cover to Peking bearing, on the reverse, 1k. orange, 2k. green (8) and 3k. red (6), making 35k. rate, tied by the double-ring code "be" c.d.s. with an additional strike alongside, red on white registration label; the address side with China Junk 3c. and 6c. tied by bilingual Urga c.d.s. (28.9) so that this letter could be carried to Peking by the Chinese mail. A couple of edge faults barely detract from this magnificent cover Estimate HK$ 80,000-100,000 provenance: W.H.
