Mongolia Russian Post Office Kobdo 1917 (14 June) opened-out red band cover from Kobdo to Peking bearing, on the reverse (over Russian address label), 1909 10k. deep blue tied by type Ia c.d.s. with another very fine strike alongside plus Harbin (22.7) and Peking (27.7) transit c.d.s.
