Hong Kong Covers and Cancellations The P & O Mails "A99": 1867 (27 Feb.) naval officer´s letter to Plymouth bearing G.B. 1862-64 4d. and 1865-67 6d. tied by fair to good strikes of "A99" barred ovals, Hong Kong and Plymouth backstamps, fine.
