Hong Kong Covers and Cancellations The P & O Mails — 1865 (Jan.) naval officers letter to Dublin Via London" bearing G.B. Q.V. 1d. (Stars) (4) and 1862-64 4d. (2) tied by good strikes of the "A85" barred oval and paying the double rate of postage, the reverse with Hong Kong (30.1) and H & K Packet c.d.s. and endorsed "Naval officers Letter - Severn" and arrival endorsement "Yokohama 17th Jan 65"; two adhesive tape marks on reverse which just show through to the front.
