China Foreign Post Offices Britain China Expeditionary Force: 1900 (Sept.) stampless envelope from a soldier at Taku Fort endorsed "Stamps not obtainable" and countersigned by the Fort Commander, bearing Tientsin I.J.P.O. and London Paid c.d.s. with large "T" handstamp overstruck on London by Foreign Branch obliterator, the reverse with Yokohama and Abergavenny arrival; folding creases and a little soiled.
