[10] with right margin tied by Shasi pa-kua on cover to Shanghai with pencil date notation "15.12.98" below the adhesive and bearing, on the reverse, a fine strike of "shanghai/local post" c.d.s. (30.12) and postman´s notation in pencil. Fine and pays the printed paper rate. Hwa 442. Photo Estimate HK$ 60,000-80,000 The pa-kua could be either Shasi or Ichang. It would have taken longer to reach Shanghai from Ichang (9 days), which would also be more likely to use a dated postmark on the cover
