China 1885-88 Small Dragons Covers 1890 (Aug.) envelope from Germany to Peking bearing Germany 1889-90 20pf. tied by Berlin-Hannover t.p.o. dated oval with perf.12 1/2 3ca. with right margin just tied by Tientsin seal, paying the internal postage; the reverse with German Post Office Shanghai and "customs/tientsin" c.d.s. (20.9) in violet; some peripheral ageing and roughly opened at top. B.P.A. Certificate (2010).
