Cape of Good Hope 1900 Mafeking Siege Stamps Surcharged in Seriffed Type on British Bechuanaland 6d. on 3d. lilac and black vertical pair, Type 5, clearly tied on 1900 (31 Mar.) envelope to Wales and showing, on reverse, Bulawayo (14.4) and arrival datestamps; the pair with light crease, the envelope with central horizontal and vertical folds.
