Togo French Occupation 1914 (21 Dec.) envelope registered to the Governor of Dahomey whilst he was on an official visit to the River Niger, bearing 1914 (Oct.) "05" on 3pf. strip of three, "10" on 5pf., 20pf. and 30pf. in combination with Dahomey 1913 10c., all tied by "atakpame/togo" c.d.s., showing provisional registration label and, on reverse, Anecho (7.1), Grand Popo (8.1), Cotonou (10.1) and Save (12.1) datestamps.
