Cameroons British Campaign 1914 - 1918 Military Mail 1916 (6 Apr.) unstamped envelope from Major C.A. Booth to London, marked "On Active Service, no stamps available", showing fine "zana. northern nigeria" double-ring error datestamp with Lagos transit d.s. (11.4) on reverse. Also unused picture postcard showing part of Zaria. Photo Estimate £ 300-400 Note: Major Booth was Captain and Honorary Major of the 3rd Battalion Wiltshire Regiment. He was also a District Officer 2nd Class in Northern Nigeria.
