Nigeria World War I - 1914-18 Censor Mail 1914 (3 Nov.) blue "Montgomery Ward" envelope registered to Chicago, bearing 1914 1/2d., 1d. and 3d. tied by light "ebute metta/southern nigeria" double-ring d.s., showing registration h.s., unframed "passed by censor" h.s. in red (Martin & Walton Type 1) with another strike on reverse, along with Lagos (3.11), London (28.11) and arrival (10.12) datestamps.
