The Royal Niger Company´s Territories West African Frontier Force Incoming Mail 1901 (18 Mar.) envelope from Hammersmith addressed to Capt. Edwards RA at the School of Gunnery at Shoeburyness, bearing 1/2d. green pair, showing Triangle mark in violet indicated mis-sorted mail and manuscript redirections for Cranleigh, Lagos, Lokoja, Jebba and Southern Nigeria, the reverse showing good to fine strike of Lokoja oval d.s. in violet for 13 May plus datestamps of London (26.3), Lagos (23.4), Forcados (3.6), Old Calabar River (9.6 and 10.6) and finally Portsmouth (5.7); the envelope with central vertical fold.
