Type 8) 1900 (31 Mar.) envelope (with Government House, Lagos red embossing on flap) to Bedford, marked "English stamps only available in Northern Nigeria", bearing GB 1d. tied by blue crayon stroke and a good to fine strike of the datestamp in violet, showing red Paid Liverpool Br.
