Dwarf at Boma, River Congo, West Coast of Africa", uprated with 5c. and both cancelled by "boma" c.d.s. (10.10), fine Estimate £ 100-120 Note: H.M.S. Dwarf was engaged on a boundary commission delimitation in 1913 between the Belgian Congo and British East Africa. Between 23rd and 27th September 1914, the Dwarf was engaged in taking Duala.
