Cameroons Boundary Commissions 1913 (May) unstamped envelope to Bordeaux, marked "Franchise postale", showing fine strike of framed "mission de delineation/Afrique Equatoriale Française - cameroun" in violet and "mongumba/congo francais" double-ring datestamp (12.5); the envelope a little soiled.
